Um policial militar aposentado, sob forte influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool, agrediu a esposa dentro de casa. O filho do casal, policial militar da ativa, interveio para proteger a m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A situa\u00e7\u00e3o escalou rapidamente. Segundo as primeiras informa\u00e7\u00f5es, o pai teria disparado contra o filho e a esposa. Em leg\u00edtima defesa pr\u00f3pria e de terceiros, o jovem PM revidou os tiros, atingindo o pai, que n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos e faleceu no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caso est\u00e1 sendo investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil e pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os internos da Pol\u00edcia Militar. At\u00e9 o momento, tudo indica leg\u00edtima defesa.
